Turned to the sea

Each floor sits one and a half degrees round from the one below. Over forty-eight floors the tower turns seventy-two degrees, and every living room ends up facing the water.

Why it turns

The facade close up, bronze fins stepping round floor by floor

At the plate. Each floor is set one and a half degrees round from the one below, so the glass of every home takes a slightly different bearing. Over the full height the facade sweeps through seventy-two degrees.

A terrace at dusk looking west over the open sea

At the window. The lower floors look along the Corniche; by level thirty the view has swung west over open water. No residence looks into another.

The tower at night, every floor lit, reflected in the water

At dusk. The facade lights come on in sequence from the podium to the crown, a floor every few seconds, until the tower reads as one line of light on the skyline.

Choose your floor

Drag to a level. The tower lights it, the plan turns to its bearing, and the line below says what you would see.

Level 36, turned 54.0° from the podium. A three-bedroom residence, 2,140 sq ft, from AED 7.7M, with sea on both sides and the city behind you.

Above all: the shared spaces

Every day
by the sea

The marina promenade in the morning, boats at their berths
Breakfast on a terrace with the sea filling the view
The pool at the edge of the sea at the end of the day

The Corniche runs for six kilometres below the tower, from the marina to the old harbour.
